This Privacy Policy explains how Investor Lead System ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our website and dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, and company name (if provided)
Billing information: processed by our payment providers (see Section 4) — we do not store full card numbers ourselves
Lead data you upload: names, phone numbers, property addresses, and notes for contacts you manage in the Service
Message content: the text of SMS campaigns and templates you create, and messages exchanged through the platform
Support communications: information you provide when contacting support or submitting a ticket

Information collected automatically

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard, retained for a rolling 3-month window for activity history
Device and log information: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps, for security and troubleshooting purposes

Information about your leads (third parties)

When you upload contact lists or lead data, you may provide us with personal information about third parties (your prospective sellers/leads). You represent that you have the legal right to share this information with us and to contact these individuals, and that you have obtained any consent required under applicable law (see our Terms & Conditions, Section 5).

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending SMS messages and placing calls on your behalf as instructed by you
To process subscription billing and SMS/calling wallet charges
To send you account-related communications, including welcome emails, email verification, and notifications about replies, campaign activity, or account changes
To respond to support requests
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
To improve and develop the Service
To comply with legal obligations

3. SMS and Calling Data

Because the Service is an SMS and calling platform, message content and call metadata (numbers dialed, duration, timestamps) are processed and stored to provide the Service — including displaying your conversation history, computing billing, and enabling features like auto-responses and the AI lead-qualification agent. This data is retained for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal or regulatory recordkeeping obligations.

SMS / Mobile Information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of third-party providers as necessary to operate the Service. We select providers with reasonable care but are not responsible for their independent privacy practices, which are governed by their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information, or your leads' personal information, to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Account, lead, and message data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
Recent Activity logs are automatically deleted after 3 months on a rolling basis.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our possession, including password hashing and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update most account information directly from your dashboard, or contact us at support@investorleadsystem.com to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies (such as session cookies) required for you to log in and use the dashboard. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Investor Lead System operates internationally. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information, and any lead data you upload, may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
